La seguridad intrínseca y el despliegue de contenedores marcan una nueva edición del VMworld 2019 Europe, con récord de asistentes.
14.000 profesionales se han dado cita en la octava edición del VMworld 2019 Europe en tierras españolas. La Fira Gran Via de L’hospitalet de Llobregat ha vuelto a acoger el evento organizado por VMware para mostrar los últimos avances en diversos campos como la nube, las redes, las aplicaciones y la movilidad, aunque con el foco puesto en los entornos multicloud, así como el despliegue de servicios mediante contenedores y la seguridad intrínseca a distintos niveles. La innovación en el ámbito tecnológico sigue acelerándose, por lo que ya queda poco de aquella compañía que hace unos años marcó el camino de la virtualización como un estándar de facto de la industria. Ahora, VMware ofrece un amplio portfolio de soluciones mucho más allá de ese campo, gracias en gran medida al esfuerzo en I+D y una larga lista de adquisiciones para reforzar esa oferta. Sólo en este año, se ha hecho con compañías de la talla de la española Bitnami, Carbon Black y Pivotal, mientras que a finales de 2018 se hacía con otra firma estratégica: CloudHealth. The dozens of flaws across 29 Android smartphone makers show just how insecure the devices can be, even brand-new. When you buy an Android smartphone, it’s rarely pure Android.
